I’ve spent 20 years leading product, buying and merchandising at some of Australia’s most recognised fashion businesses. I built The Exec Bench because I kept seeing the same gap - brands that needed experienced commercial leadership but weren’t ready, or didn’t want, a full-time executive hire.
